Refund and Returns Policy
We don’t accept returns and do not offer exchanges for items that you simply do not like or do not find visually appealing.
If the product is damaged or defective when you received it, please take a clear picture and send it to us within 3 days. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund in such cases.
If you wish to return an item because you do not like it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility (from your address to our transit warehouse), and the original shipping fee will not be refunded (we will only return your payment for the product).
For any issues related to shipping, such as lost parcels, we are responsible for the shipping. We have partnered with the best shipping company in China to ensure reliable delivery. If your parcel is lost, we will cover the loss. Simply contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Due to our use of a transit warehouse for parcel returns, it may take 2–3 days to confirm that the warehouse has received the returned item. Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
