1) Eligibility & Use

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

2) Product Information & Pricing

We strive to describe products accurately. Minor color/size variations may occur due to lighting or manual measurement. Prices, currencies, and promotions may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is final. Taxes/fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

3) Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. We do not store full card details; payments are processed by secure third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). Orders may be cancelled/refunded if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

4) Shipping

Processing time: typically 2–3 business days. Delivery windows by destination follow our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the address provided.

5) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU/UK, you are entitled to a 14‑day right of withdrawal under local consumer law (except for excluded goods such as customized items). You must inform us within 14 days of delivery and return items within 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We will refund the product price using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

6) Warranty

Limited Warranty (7 Days) — We provide a 7‑day limited warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects only. Covered examples include: non‑functional movement on arrival, detached hands/markers, or severe manufacturing flaws. Remedies are repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Not Covered: normal wear and tear; cosmetic changes due to use; plating discoloration/fading over time; scratches; damage from water/chemicals/cosmetics/perfume/sweat; improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Our watches are fashion accessories with gold‑tone plating (not solid gold); color changes may occur with time and exposure and are not considered a defect.

How to Claim: contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/video. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. This Limited Warranty does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws (e.g., EU/UK statutory rights).

7) Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, logos, designs) on this site belongs to GEDI Watch or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8) User Content & Reviews

By posting reviews or content, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to display and use them on the site and in marketing. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights.

9) Prohibited Activities

Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with site security, or attempting fraudulent orders are prohibited.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEDI Watch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability related to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Where permitted by law, disputes will be submitted to the people’s courts in Guangdong, PRC.

Nothing in these Terms affects any non‑waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version/date on this page is the latest.
